This notice explains what data welcherkredit.com processes. The site currently operates as a free information platform and does not broker loans.

Data processed

Necessary server logs may include IP address, time, requested URL, browser and operating system.
Calculator values and saved scenarios remain in your browser storage and are not submitted to us as a credit application.
The public interface currently accepts no offer requests and collects no contact data for loan brokerage.

Cookies and local storage

Necessary local entries store language, calculator values, scenarios and your cookie choice.
Optional analytics is activated only after consent. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
You can remove consent and local data through your browser settings.

Analytics and recipients

Google Analytics is activated only after consent. Vercel may process technical telemetry for operation, security and privacy-focused audience measurement.
Vercel hosts and delivers the site. Public price views may retrieve data from Supabase; calculator profiles are not transferred.
Recipients outside the EEA may rely on standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy mechanism.

Purposes and legal bases

Operation and security: legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Optional audience measurement: consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and applicable ePrivacy rules.
Replies to direct email: pre-contractual communication or legitimate interests, depending on the request.

Retention

Local calculator data remains until you delete it in the browser.
Server logs are retained only as needed for operation and security; exact hosting periods depend on the Vercel configuration.
Direct emails are deleted when the request is complete unless a legal retention duty applies.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent for the future.
